From 8 January 2027Entry to the LEZ is permitted only with a positive technical examination result confirming compliance with emissions limits. Vehicles without confirmed compliance will be subject to restrictions on operation within the zone.

Standalone emissions examination

Vehicle testing to assess compliance with emissions limits.
Emissions test alongside a roadworthiness inspection
3 500 ₸
When both procedures are carried out at the station during the same visit.
These amounts cover the emissions examination. KZT 3,500 is the emissions-testing fee, not the total for both procedures. The mandatory roadworthiness inspection is charged separately.
