What matters to a driver
Its general provisions do not replace a decision about a specific LEZ area or the examination procedure for a particular vehicle. A practical question also requires the related local acts and technical requirements.
Checking its applicability
Open the applicable version. If a note announces a future amendment, check its effective date separately. A newer version in the history does not necessarily apply to an earlier journey.
